The Story

Edging Tools exclusive to The Makerss and designed by Steffi!

Brand new: Edging Tool with Key Ring!
Never lose your edging tool again — this clever little upgrade keeps your tool and handle neatly together on a sturdy key ring. Clip it onto your felting bag, pop it on your keys, or keep it handy in your craft basket. It works exactly as beautifully as our classic edging tool, now with extra convenience.
Currently available in 7.5 cm diameter only.

Great for getting smooth and precise edges done for  needle felted ears, wings, flowers, butterflies and any other small to medium 2d shapes.  This tool comprises of two acrylic transparent shapes and these need to be used together.
There are 3x size options available:

1) 5x5cm square 2) 6cm round 3) 8cm round
How to use it: pre-felt your desired 2d object initially briefly on your felting mat.
Then place between the two acrylic shapes, squeeze them together to trap the shape and stab into the wool edges with your needle whilst the felted shape is inside the tool. Make sure it is at least 0.5cm tucked inside the edge. Make sure to press the two squares together so that the wool shape is firmly held in place and cannot move. You will find that the edge gets felted very neat whilst still firming up the whole shape. Move around accordingly. You will be able to see where your needle goes as the tool is see-through. Mind your fingers in case you miss going in between the plates.
